High-strength Main Beam: The customer inspected in detail the longitudinal beams constructed from Q345B high-strength steel. The main beams are formed in one piece using fully automated submerged arc welding, ensuring that the beams will not bend or break when supporting a 60-80 ton heavy excavator.

Reinforced Ladder Design: A dual-spring assisted manual ladder was demonstrated on-site. To address the uneven ground conditions at the Somali construction site, adaptive support legs were added to the bottom of the ladder, effectively preventing frame twisting caused by a shift in the center of gravity during loading and unloading of heavy machinery.

Mechanical Suspension System: The customer particularly appreciates our reinforced 3-axle mechanical suspension system paired with 10 thickened leaf springs. This structure is more durable than air suspension on Somalia's windy and sandy roads, and its maintenance is extremely low-maintenance, easily handled by roadside repair shops.Slip Resistance and Passability: To combat slippery tracks after excavator operation during the rainy season, the flatbed is equipped with dense anti-slip strips and thickened patterned steel plates. Simultaneously, optimized ground clearance ensures excellent passability on unpaved inland roads.

Superior Corrosion Protection: Considering Somalia's long coastline and the high-salt-fog environment of its ports, the entire vehicle undergoes sandblasting for rust removal and three layers of industrial anti-corrosion paint treatment, followed by full chassis waxing to ensure long-term rust prevention.
